Ana Delia Espino

Ana Delia Valeriano-Espino (born in New Mexico) is the executive director of the Alabama Coalition for Immigrant Justice (ACIJ).

Espino grew up in Southern California. She relocated to Birmingham in 2001 to work as an advocate for adults with disabilities at The Arc of Central Alabama. From 2015 to 2020 she worked as a program manager for the Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama. In 2019 she was recognized for her work by Lideramos: The National Latino Leadership Alliance. She has also served on the board of Alabama Arise.

Espino was named executive director of ACIJ in May 2020.
