Andrew C. Pearson Jr was pastor of Grace Church, an Anglican congregation from its beginning in summer 2021 through June 2022.

He was dean and rector of the Cathedral Church of the Advent from 2014 to 2021. The vestry of the Advent announced his resignation in late April 2021. It took effect on May 16, 2021. Later that week Pearson was received into the Anglican Church of North America and announced that he would be attending Saint Peter's Anglican Church until he started his own new congregation later in the year.

During summer 2021, Pearson announced that his new congregation would be called Grace Church. On September 22, 2021, the church began holding public gatherings on Wednesday evenings at Temple Emanu-El. In early 2022 the church expanded to Sunday services at Temple Emanu-El.

In April 2022, Pearson announced that he would be stepping down as pastor of Grace Church because the growing church needed leadership he could not provide. He served through the end of June.
