Sonceria "Ann" Bishop Berry (born July 24, 1955 in Birmingham) is the Secretary of the United States Senate.

Berry grew up in Birmingham and graduated from Phillips High School. She completed a bachelor of arts in education at the University of North Alabama.

Berry began her career as a Senate aide in the Tuscumbia office of Howell Heflin in April 1979 and moved to Washington D.C. to work as his secretary a month later. She was promoted to serve as manager of his Senate office in 1992.

After Heflin's retirement, Berry continued to work in the offices of Tom Carper, John Edwards, Daniel Patrick Moynihan, and Doug Jones. After Jones left office, she assumed the role of chief of staff for Senator Patrick Leahy. From that position she was nominated by Majority Leader Charles Schumer to succeed Julie Adams as Secretary of the Senate for the 117th United States Congress. She was sworn in on March 1, 2021.

Berry and her husband, Reginald, have one daughter.
