Anthony Crawford

Anthony Crawford (born 1965 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is the founder and owner of T-Bones Steaks.

Anthony is the only child of Jessie and Josephine Crawford. He grew up in the Mount Airy neighborhood in northwest Philadelphia and had a favorite neighborhood cheesesteak place, the Blue Cave.

When he was about 12 years old, the family moved to Northern California where his father worked in civil service at The Presidio. He attended Diablo Valley College and began operating Blondie's Pizza shop. In the 1990s his parents relocated to Birmingham, where Jessie had grown up. When Anthony's son Elijah was born, he followed to keep the family close together.

Crawford opened his cheesesteak restaurant at 1204 Center Point Parkway in the early 2000s
