Arlington Terrace is a small apartment and condominium building located on the site of the former H. H. Cobb residence at 2635 Arlington Avenue, in the curve joining Smolian Place and backing up to 16th Avenue South, just below Key Circle in Birmingham's Redmont Park neighborhood.

The redevelopment incorporated an older 2-story 5,770 square-foot wood-framed apartment building with a new 2,000 square-foot wing.

In April 2022 David Oakley of the Oakley Group and architect Louis Nequette purchased the property from Jared Lewis for $1.85 million.
