Ashley Crow

Ashley Diane Crow (born August 25, 1960 in Birmingham) is an actress best known for her current role as Sandra Bennet on the NBC drama "Heroes".

She is a graduate of Mountain Brook High School and Auburn University. She then moved to New York and finished graduate school at New York University. After that she began to appear on Broadway, most notably in Prelude to a Kiss.

Crow began her acting career on As the World Turns, playing Beatrice McColl in several episodes in 1986-1987. From 1988 to 1993 she was married to "As the World Turns" co-star Bill Shanks.

She is currently married to fellow Heroes cast member Matthew John Armstrong, whom she met on the set of the television show Turks.
