Aubrey Thomas Baugh Jr (born May 11, 1931 in Birmingham; died May 7, 2015 in Hoover) was an allergist and founder of the Alabama Allergy & Asthma Center.

Baughh was the son of Aubrey and Eva Hancock Baugh. He graduated from Hueytown High School and was president of the student government association. He enrolled at the University of Alabama, but withdrew after two years to serve in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. During his service he became a medical corpsman. After his discharge in 1955 he completed his bachelor's degree at Birmingham-Southern College and then entered the University of Alabama School of Medicine, graduating in 1961.

Baugh completed an internship at Cincinnati General Hospital and residencies at Cincinnati's Children's Hospital and New Orleans' Charity Hospital. He then trained as a fellow in pediatric allergy at the Baylor University College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. From 1965 to 1967 he served as an instructor at the McGovern Allergy Clinic while also making plans to open his own clinic in Homewood. His wife, the former Zelia Maynard, assisted in operating the practice before the birth of their children.

During three decades of practice Baugh became a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics; the American College of Allergy; the American Association for Clinical Immunology and Allergy; the American Academy of Allergy; and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He served a term as president of the Alabama Society of Allergy and Immunology.

In addition, Baugh served terms as president of the University of Alabama School of Medicine Alumni Association, the Hoover Athletic Association, and the Caduceus Club. He was a longtime member of Bluff Park United Methodist Church.

Baugh died in 2015 after a long illness, and was survived by two children and three grandchildren. He is buried at Elmwood Cemetery.
