The Awtrey Office Building is a 2-story, 24,000 square-foot office building constructed in 1995 by developer Al Awtrey. It is located at 5330 Stadium Trace Parkway in Hoover's Trace Crossings subdivision near the intersection of Alabama State Highway 150 and I-459.
In 2015 the building was bought by Ken Ezelle, who moved his Universal Logistics company there from offices nearby.
