Bakers Row is a mixed-use development in the former Merita bakery at 1st Avenue South and 14th Street in Birmingham's Parkside District, on the western end of Railroad Park.

The bakery closed during Hostess Brands' bankruptcy proceedings in 2012. The property was purchased by Corporate Realty and LIV Development in November 2014 for $2.2 million.

The $5.5 million redevelopment preserves the iconic sawtooth roof of the former bakery and includes about 16,000 square feet of office space, 13,000 square feet of restaurant space, and on-site covered parking for tenants and visitors.

Initial tenants include Corporate Realty, along with the project's architects, KPS Group, Inc.. Bakers Row opened in the Summer of 2015.
