The Bank of Tuscaloosa Plaza is a four-story, 110,000 square foot office building constructed in 2009 on Jack Warner Parkway near the Black Warrior River in Tuscaloosa. The Bank of Tuscaloosa is the primary tenant (moving their headquarters from Stafford Plaza), with the Rosen Harwood law firm, the Jaminson Money Farmer accounting firm and offices of the Hunt Refining Company occupying upper floors.

Giattina Aycock Architecture Studio designed the $32 million glass and steel building for Tuscaloosa Riverfront Development LLC. It was built by Harrison Construction and is managed by EGS Commercial Real Estate. The building incorporates several energy-saving and pollution-reducing features and has been certified by the U. S. Green Building Council under its Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
