Banner Baking Co. in 1922

The Banner Baking Co. was a commercial bakery founded in 1921 by experienced baker E. E. Essig of Essig & Busenlehner. He bought out his former partner to found the new company and oversaw the construction of a fully-modern plant at 411 14th Street North.
