Birmingham Fire Station No. 21 is located at 109 2nd Avenue North. it serves Titusville, Smithfield, and Arlington-West End.
In 1960 the station was located at 57 Center Street North and was equipped with one 1939 Seagrave pumper truck with a 750-gallon capacity.
