The Birmingham Food Terminal and Distribution Center is a 1.02 million square-foot warehouse and distribution complex located off of Finley Avenue at 2504 1st Place West. Historically it has served several produce and grocery distributors with access to the Southern Railway. A cold-storage facility, operated by Birmingham Terminal Cold Storage, was constructed in 1957.

The complex, which stretches from 1st Street West to 3rd Street West and between Finley Avenue and 26th Avenue West, consists of several tilt-up concrete buildings with both rail and truck bay access on alternate sides.
