Birmingham Fraternal Lodge No. 384 was a Masonic lodge chartered by the Grand Lodge of Alabama (Free & Accepted Masons of Alabama) in December 1871.

The Lodge was founded by charter members Henry Horton, Andrew Marre, John A. Milner, and Julius Lockwood, with Horton as first Master and Eli Mullins as Tyler.

In 1887, the Lodge met on the 2nd & 4th Monday evenings at Masonic Hall in The First National Bank Building.

The Lodge was one of the founding members of the Downtown Masonic Temple Association which constructed the Birmingham Masonic Temple on 6th Avenue North and 19th Street. After the Temple was sold, the Association moved to the former Birmingham Fire Station No. 4 at 214 24th Street North.
