Birmingham Goes to SXSW was a 6-hour multi-band concert and party featuring eight bands with ties to Birmingham performing at the Creekside Lounge in Austin, Texas on March 21, 2009 during the 2009 South by Southwest (SXSW) Music Conference and Festival.

The event was organized by Skybucket Records owner Travis Morgan and Tenner11 Management owner Jeff Tenner. The costs of transporting and housing the bands and equipment, renting the space, and providing free beer to the audience, was offset by sponsorships from Live 100.5, Bottletree Cafe, WorkPlay, Bham.fm, Bham Text, Rojo, Soca Clothing, Levy's Fine Jewelry, Skybucket Records, Tenner11, Reg's Coffee House, Trak Shak, and Black & White. Advance fundraisers helped with the transportation costs.
