The Birmingham Historic Touring Company (BHTC) conducts public walking tours in Birmingham on a range of topics including the "Birmingham Ghost Tour" and a "Civil Rights History Tour". The company was founded in 2010 by Edward Wolfgang Poe, who has conducted his own extensive research into the city's quirks of history.
Poe also conducts seances and is available to speak to community groups on historical topics.
In July 2023 the business moved into new offices in the former Bon Ton Hatters space at 219 20th Street North.
