Blue Water Park is a privately-owned 26-acre recreational lake in a former quarry at 100 Industrial Park Drive in Pelham. It is currently operated by Mark DiGiorgio. DiGiorgio, who purchased the facility in 2016, also operates the Scubaventures outfitter.

After the quarry closed, the pit filled with up to 130 feet of clear spring water, giving the pool a distinctive blue tint. It became a popular swimming hole, and sometimes a dump site in the 1970s. DiveAlabama began operating it as a SCUBA training facility.

Blue Water Park has a dive shop with rental gear, as well as a snack bar and changing rooms. The lake includes 2 surface training decks, 3 training pools and 3 underwater training platforms.
