Blueprint on 3rd

Blueprint on 3rd is a brasserie-style restaurant opened in June 2018 by Dean and Jenny Walls Robb with Jim Keet and Charles Collat. It is housed in the former Birmingham Blueprint Co. building at 3000 3rd Avenue South in Pepper Place. The restaurant's menu features American dishes inspired by great restaurants in New Orleans, Chicago and New York; with an emphasis on regional products and Southern favorites. James Huckaby is executive chef.

The restaurant seats around 130 diners, including 20 seats at the curved bar. The renovations were designed by architect Tom Hsu of CKH Architects. Monika Loboda Parker designed the interiors, featuring paintings by her father, Andreas Loboda.
