Burleigh Clyde "Buck" Johnson Jr (born c. 1966 in Miami, Florida) is a vocalist and songwriter.

Johnson's father, Burleigh, was named for pitcher Burleigh Grimes and was a member of the Johnson Brothers gospel quartet. Buck grew up in Shady Grove, west of Adamsville, and toured with his family's gospel group.

Johnson attended Birmingham-Southern College. He was cast in a Birmingham-Southern Theatre production of Godspell during his sophomore year and toured with the BSC Concert Choir, where he met his wife, Kym. He graduated in 1988 with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Since then Johnson has worked in California and Nashville, Tennessee in a widely-ranging music career. He has performed as a soloist and with numerous groups and also recorded and performed as a session musician, songwriter and producer.

Johnson was a founding member of the country group Whiskey Falls and performs frequently with Birmingham's Black Jacket Symphony. In 2014 he began touring with the rock group Aerosmith as a keyboardist and backing vocalist.
