CB&S Bank is a bank headquartered in Russellville, Franklin County. The $1.3 million bank has 36 branches across Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi. Founded on February 28, 1906 as Citizens Bank and Savings Company, the bank officially changed its name on March 3, 2008.
CB&S entered the Birmingham market on April 1, 2008 when it opened a de novo branch in the former Regions Bank location in the Village at Lee Branch shopping center at 1301 Doug Baker Boulevard off of U. S. Highway 280. CB&S acquired a total of 10 empty branch locations closed as a result of the AmSouth-Regions merger.
