CDR Financial Products is a Beverly Hills, California-based financial services firm which advised Jefferson County Commission president Larry Langford during the county's bond swap negotiations, later the subject of an investigation, lawsuits and criminal proceedings against Langford and others.

According to a 2008 Birmingham News report, CDR received $2,275,000 in payments from underwriting firms and was identified as an advisor to Langford. In October 2009 the firm was accused by the SEC of rigging bids for the investment of municipal bond capital.
