The Caldwell Mill Road bridge over Cahaba River tributary is a 33-foot-long by 24-foot-wide concrete and steel road bridge carrying Caldwell Mill Road (Jefferson County Road 29) over an unnamed tributary of the Cahaba River just south of Altadena Valley Presbyterian Church and southwest of Altadena Park, near Acton Place.

The bridge was constructed in 1960 by the Jefferson County Department of Roads and Transportation. It has been rated as in "poor" structural condition since at least 2008. In September 2022 the county contracted with Barge Design Solutions to design a replacement, with bidding for the work expected to begin in October 2023.
