Cedar Creek Townhomes is a 168-unit apartment complex located at 457 Flint Hill Road, off 4th Avenue Southwest (Old Tuscaloosa Highway), near Academy Drive in Bessemer. It was constructed in 1975.
In 2021 the complex was acquired by 1Sharpe of Piedmont, California from Wicker Park Capital Management of Savannah, Georgia for $12.06 million.
