Center Point Fire Station No. 3, May 2011

Center Point Fire Station No. 3 was located on Pawnee Village Road in the Pawnee Village area of the district's coverage area. It originally opened in the early 1990s with joint funding from Jefferson County. The station was planned to house a Jefferson County Sheriff's Department substation as well as the fire station. Before plans could be finalized, Jefferson County pulled funding. Center Point Fire District continued to use the building for a few years but closed it citing maintenance costs.

As of May 2011, the station was still standing and was owned and used for storage by Royal Cup Coffee. On January 23, 2012, the building suffered significant damage in the early morning hours when it was hit by an EF-3 tornado and was subsequently demolished.
