Central Highlands

Central Highlands is a residential subdivision adjacent to Ruffner Mountain in the Brown Springs neighborhood of Birmingham. The developers named the streets for major European cities. Oporto-Madrid Boulevard connects the area to Eastwood to the south and East Lake to the north.
