The Sarah Patterson Champions Plaza is a 30,000 square-foot outdoor space between Sewell-Thomas Stadium and Coleman Coliseum on the campus of the University of Alabama which honors all of the Alabama Crimson Tide teams and coaches from any sport that have won championships. The $2.8 million project, designed by Davis Architects and funded primarily through the Crimson Tide Foundation, was approved by the University of Alabama Board of Trustees in June 2012 and is set to open in Spring 2013.

The plaza, built with brick pavers and concrete walls, will provide seating for 600 people. It will include interactive video displays chronicling the histories of the university's championship teams and bronze plaques will honor their coaches. The plaza is named in honor of Alabama Crimson Tide gymnastics coach Sarah Patterson, who has won 6 national championships at Alabama.
