Cherokee Bend Elementary School is school serving grades K-6 in the Mountain Brook school system and located at 4400 Fair Oaks Drive. Enrollment for the 2006-07 school year was 524 students. The principal is Betsy Bell.
In January 2007, renovations were begun to double the size of the cafeteria. That month was also expected to see the completion of a second story addition to the school's media center, providing new art, music and technology rooms, a counselor's office, and a multi-purpose room. The total cost for both projects was expected to be $5.5 million.
