Citizens Trust Bank is an Atlanta, Georgia-based bank with branches in Birmingham and Eutaw.

Citizens Trust was founded in 1919 as the first bank to serve the African-American community in Atlanta. In 1947, it was the first African American owned bank to become a member of the Federal Reserve Bank. The bank entered the Birmingham market in February 2003 with the acquisition of Birmingham's first minority-owned bank, Citizens Federal Savings Bank for $10 million in cash. Citizens Federal's Chairman and CEO Bunny Stokes became the CTB Birmingham Division President, before retiring in 2016. He was succeeded by Jason Eppenger.

Citizens Trust initially maintained its offices in the Citizens Federal Building on the northwest corner of 18th Street and 3rd Avenue North as the headquarters of its Alabama division. It later sold that building to developer Mark Elgin, keeping its banking office at 1700 3rd Avenue North.
