City Arts Boutique was a retail gallery, shop and studio focusing on local artists which was opened by Brooke Fleming in Woodlawn's 55th Place Arts incubator in December 2011. The business occupied space on the corner of 55th Place and 1st Avenue South until it closed in May 2013.
