Clay City Hall is a brick, two-story structure located at 2441 Old Springville Road in Clay. The former office building occupied by an engineering firm was purchased by the city in March 2012 for $450,000. After renovations, it opened as offices for the mayor and other city officials in June. The Clay City Council held its first meeting on the 2nd floor on November 19. Prior to its opening, the council held meetings at the Clay Community Center.

After incorporation in 2000, Clay's original City Hall was located at 6757 Old Springville Road in a buiding previously part of Clay Elementary School. That building did not have enough space to house council chambers.
