Complete Health is a Jacksonville, Florida-based network of primary care clinics which was founded in 2018 as an investment platform for Pharos Capital of Dallas, Texas and Nashville, Tennessee. The company, led by former Viva Health executive Jeff Preuss, initially focused on acquiring and managing primary care practices in the Jacksonville and Birmingham metropolitan areas.
In 2020 Complete Health acquired Northside Medical Associates and Adamsville Family Medicine.
In 2023 the firm acquired Birmingham's Norwood Clinic with eight locations, doubling its footprint in Alabama.
