Cork 'N Cleaver was a steakhouse located at 342 Valley Avenue in the 1970s. It was part of a chain that began in Phoenix, Arizona in 1964 and expanded to more than 70 locations in several states by the end of the 1970s. The chain was sold to the Chart House. During the 1980s all but four locations closed, leaving the original in Phoenix and three in the mid-west.
