The Datcher farm is a 500-acre farm owned by Willie Datcher and his sons and grandsons between Harpersville and Cresswell Road along the Norfolk Southern Railroad, just west of the Coosa River in Shelby County.

The farm started as a 100-acre gift to freed slaves Albert and Lucy Baker from their former masters. It is managed by Marvin Datcher with help from his five brothers. Historically a cotton plantation, the fields are currently planted in soybeans with some cattle pastures.
