Frederick Dixon Brooke, Jr (born c. 1948 in Birmingham) was president and CEO of EBSCO Industries from 2005 to 2014.

Brooke, the son of Frederick and Sybil Vogtle Brooke, graduated from Birmingham University School in 1966. He spent two years at Marion Military Institute before completing his bachelor of science in business administration at Auburn University in 1970. He went to work for First National Bank of Birmingham and completed their management training program, then moved to EBSCO in 1973.

As a trainee at EBSCO, Brooke worked in accounting, customer service and international sales before he was made manager of the Southeast Regional Office and later to vice president and general manager of EBSCO Subscription Services.

Brooke has served on the boards of McWane, Inc. and First Commercial Bank, the Community Foundation Of Greater Birmingham and the Alabama Wildlife Federation.

Brooke retired on June 30, 2014, and was succeeded on by Tim Collins.

Brooke and his wife, the former Dell Stephens daughter of EBSCO founder Elton B. Stephens, have three children and two grandchildren.
