Domestique

Domestique is a coffee importer and roaster located at 3017 6th Avenue South in the Lakeview district of Birmingham's Southside. The company was founded in 2014 by Michael and Nathan Pocus.

The name is taken from a cycling term for a team racer who supports the team by riding into the wind or carrying supplies, without trying to secure their own victory.

The company operates Panache by Domestique at Five Points Lane, Domestique Satellite at Satellite in Avondale, and Dawn Patrol at Cahaba Cycles in Homewood.
