Donnie Goodin (born May 8, 1955) is a street vendor who sells candy from his powered scooter, usually along Highland Avenue between Five Points South and the Highland Plaza shopping center.

Debilitated by cerebral palsy, Goodin uses a test-to-speech computer with pre-recorded messages to market his goods and thank customers. In addition to his personal sales, he distributes counter-top boxes to area businesses. The proceeds from his candy sales supplements his disability income which he uses to support himself and pay his caregivers.

In 1985 Goodin, who lives at Episcopal Place, won a court judgment against Carnival Cruise Lines for their misrepresentation of accessible facilities on the Carnivale cruise liner.

In 2016 a friend of Goodin's launched a "Go Fund Me" campaign to help Goodin replace his aging handicapped-accessible van. The campaign raised more than $17,000.
