Dudley C. Reynolds (born c. 1953 in Anniston) is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Alagasco.

Reynolds holds a bachelors degree from Furman University and a Law Degree from the University of Georgia. He has been employed by Energen Corporation, the holding company of Alabama Gas Corp. in various capacities since 1980. Reynolds served as the General Counsel and Secretary of Energen Corporation, holding company of Alagasco, and each of its subsidiaries since April 1991 until January 1, 2003 when he was named President and Chief Operating Officer, succeeding the retiring Gary Youngblood.

He is a Member of the Leadership Council of the Southern Gas Association and past chairman of the Legal Managing Committee of the American Gas Association. He is currently chairman of the Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce and was chairman of Operation New Birmingham in 2007. In 2008, he served as co-chair with Johnny Johns of the Birmingham Business Leadership Group's site selection panel studying the best site for proposed $500 million domed stadium.
