Dunk Rendleman & His Alabamians, also known as the Bankhead Hotel Orchestra were a popular big band performing for dances in 1930.

In addition to Rendleman, the orchestra included Frank Dimke, Richard Roberts, Bob Percy, Jesse Chandler, Harry Seigal, Worth Roberts, Bill Aderholt, Al Homer and Milton Anderson.

Already voted the most popular feature on WBRC-AM, the orchestra gained further exposure when WKBC-AM began airing its weekend performances from the Cascade Plunge ballroom in April 1930.
