Ed Hunt

Edward W. Hunt was rector of St Andrew's Episcopal Church from October 30, 2011 to December 31, 2012.

Hunt earned an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York, Cortland and a master's in English at the University of Delaware. He worked as an English teacher at the high school level and at Troy University before entering the General Theological Seminary in New York, New York. He graduated in 2002 and served as rector of Zion Episco­pal Church in Rome, New York for eight years before coming to Birmingham.

Hunt and his wife, Mary, have two children: Paul and Meg.
