The Emanuel-St Matthew African Methodist Episcopal Church is an African Methodist Episcopal church located at 922 4th Street North in East Thomas. The pastor is Chris Walker.

The church was formed in 2011 by the merger of Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church with St Matthew African Methodist Episcopal Church, which was located at 500 11th Courth West in Smithfield.
