Estates of Mountain Ridge

The Estates of Mountain Ridge is a 50-acre, 56-lot gated residential subdivision accessed from 58th Street South on Red Mountain in the Crestwood South neighborhood. It was developed beginning in 2003 by surveyor Bryson Weygand and developer John Davis, Jr. RealtySouth marketed the lots for new homes. The development was inspired by the early-20th century planning of Redmont.
