Gregg of Boston, Massachusetts for the Jemison Real Estate & Insurance Co. as a promotion for its planned development of the city of Corey (now Fairfield). The original watercolor was displayed in the front windows of Loveman, Joseph & Loeb in downtown Birmingham in 1910.
