Timothy Ray Reed (also known as Reverend Fred Lane) is an artist, songwriter and singer from Tuscaloosa. He was the master of ceremonies for the legendary Raudelunas "Pataphysical Revue" of the 1970s and the later novelty recordings From the One That Cut You (1983) and Car Radio Jerome (1986).

Reed is the youngest of five children born to James and Frances Reed of Tuscaloosa. His older brother, Jim, is an author and proprietor of Reed Books in Birmingham. T. R. Reed currently lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee and works full-time building painted wood whirlygigs which he sells at art festivals.
