Grandview Physicians Plaza II

Grandview Physicians Plaza II is a 143,500 square-foot, 5-story medical office building on a 5-acre site adjoining the Grandview Physicians Plaza at Grandview Medical Center to the north. The two buildings are connected by an elevated open-air pedestrian bridge.

The building was developed by Daniel Corp. at a cost of $50 million for lease to the Medical Center. It was originally announced as a 7-story, 200,000 square foot project, but was reduced in scope during development. Brasfield & Gorrie was the contractor. The building was completed in June 2022.
