Greater Grace Missionary Baptist Church

Greater Grace Missionary Baptist Church is located at 309 20th Avenue Northeast in Center Point. Lawrence Jackson, Sr is the current pastor.

Greater Grace was started in February 2006 by Carlos Williams. The congregation originally met at Highlands School in Mountain Brook. In May 2007, Greater Grace purchased a former church building in Center Point. Williams was succeeded by Derwin Perry in 2011. In June 2019, Jackson took over as pastor.

On November 20, 2020, the Center Point church building was burned. Center Point Fire Department was assisted by Birmingham Fire and Rescue. The rear corner of the building collapsed in the fire.
