GreenHouse

GreenHouse was a restaurant founded in 2019 by Bray and Mary Claire Britton in the former Mason Dixon Bakery & Bistro space at Edgewood Station‎ at 1017 Oxmoor Road. It featured salads, sandwiches, and soups made from lean proteins and local greens, as well as a curated selection of smoothies. The business was also known for its "ridiculous cookies".

The Brittons are both restaurant veterans, and met while working at Dyron's Low Country.

A second location in the Southside Station mixed-use development near UAB was opened in 2023.

The Brittons closed both locations in the summer of 2024.
