Green Solar Manufacturing LLC is a manufacturer of structural insulated panels for residential construction. The company operates facilities in Covington, Georgia and San Dimas, California and is part of the Green Solar Companies headed by Glenn Ford.

It has partnered with McCarter & Son Construction and Triumphant Kingdom Builders to develop an $11 million, 56,000 square foot manufacturing facility and 16,000 square foot job-training center at the site of the former BFI terminal at 31 1st Avenue North in Birmingham. The facility was designed by Stansell & Associates Architects of Montgomery and built by Golden Construction.

The city of Birmingham made an agreement to rebate $150,000 in occupational taxes over ten years and to contribute toward the cost of adjacent land needed for parking. In Spring 2010 the company applied for $7.9 million in tax-free Recovery Zone bonds to finance construction.
