The Harbert Construction headquarters was the former offices of Harbert Construction Company at 1 Riverchase Parkway South, just south of Valleydale Road in the Riverchase mixed use community developed by Harbert in the southern part of Hoover.

The building was constructed in 1976 on a ridge in the center of the 65-acre property. It was designed by Neuhaus & Taylor of Houston, Texas. The parking lots were terraced along the hillsides with a minimum of trees cut while the principal views from the building were preserved from development entirely.

After the construction division was sold to Raytheon, the Harbert Management Corporation continued to use the building until it relocated to the Concord Center in downtown Birmingham in 2007.
