Harless Cemetery (also known as the Ebenezer Cemetery, Old Ebenezer Cemetery or Harless-Wyatt Cemetery) is a historic cemetery located near Ebenezer United Methodist Church on Shelby County Highway 24 in the Cahaba Valley between Moores Crossroads and the Shelby County Airport.

The land began use as a cemetery in the early 1800s on the homestead of Henry Harless Jr. It was later owned by the Wyatt family, who deeded it to the cemetery. The oldest surviving marker is for Henry Harless Jr's sister, Hannah Harless Wilson (1783–1833).

The site was added to the Alabama Historic Cemetery Register in March 2009.
