Haven Apartment Homes

Haven Apartment Homes, formerly Waterford Landing Apartments is a 220-unit apartment complex located at 2600 Waterford Place, off Lorna Road and backing up to Chace Lake in Hoover's Riverchase subdivision.

The complex was constructed in 1991.

FPA Multifamily of San Francisco, California acquired the complex in 2016 for $18.2 million. They renovated and rebranded the property before selling it to an affiliate of Arcan Capital of Marietta, Georgia in 2021 for $26.3 million.
